Return & Refund Policy – Elegance Hive

Overview

At Elegance Hive, we value customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

Partial Refunds

  • Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records)

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received the returned item. You will also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank for further assistance

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@elegancehive.online.
The physical return address will be provided upon approval of your return or exchange request.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once it is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

The physical return address will be shared once your return or refund request is approved.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Elegance Hive does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
